GROWMECH is the leading partner in the supply of consumables to the steel industry. We supply high quality range and various grades of ferroalloys including ferrochrome, ferrochrominium carbide, ferromanganese carbide, ferrosilicon, metallurgical silicon carbide, and many others.
Our products are developed in compliance with stringent norms and industry standards with technologically tested alloying elements in required quantity to improve the properties of steel and alloys such as strength, fatigue, ductility and make them corrosion resistant.
Our ferroalloys consist of a high percentage of Manganese, Chrome, and Silicon, and are available in various sizes, forms, chemical specifications, and packaging types depending on requirements.
Ferro Manganese is used in the manufacturing of different types of steel as a deoxidizing and desulfurizing agent. It helps eliminate nitrogen bubbles that may form during the manufacturing process and reduces the amount of iron oxide generated during production.
It is used as a deoxidizer in the production of stainless steel and in the production of magnesium through the Pidgeon process.
Ferro Chrome is an essential component in the production of stainless steel. It helps increase hardness and improve wear resistance. It is an alloy of chromium and iron containing between 50% and 70% chromium, produced by smelting chromite ore in an electric arc furnace.
Ferro Tungsten is used to increase the melting point and improve the high-temperature properties of alloys. It is suitable for various applications, including aerospace components, castings, and welding electrodes.
Ferro Titanium is used as a cleansing agent in the production of steel. It is also used for deoxidization, desulfurization, and denitrification. Ferro Titanium is used in the manufacturing of welding electrodes and fireworks.
Ferro Vanadium improves the stability of steel against alkalis, sulphuric acid, and hydrochloric acid. It enhances the corrosion resistance and tensile strength of steel and is widely used in the production of castings and welding electrodes.
Ferro Molybdenum is an alloy of iron and molybdenum. It is available in lump sizes and various grades to meet specific requirements.
Other available ferroalloy products include:
The grades highlighted here and others are available as per requirements and demands.
GrowMech complete range of ferroalloys are available in various sizes, specifications and packs.
